REFUNDS

 We only refund if goods are faulty or grossly misrepresented.

In rare circumstances where we give a refund, there will be a $19 administration fee applicable.

WRONG SIZE?

If goods are the wrong size, simply contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING GOODS and then promptly return to us the unworn goods in as received condition, with tags intact & we will exchange for another size. If goods were sent free post initially, first exchange is free (send back to our address and we will send out the exchange freight free.)

We can also exchange for another style or brand.

Goods that have been worn outside or look to have been worn past the point of trying them on cannot be returned or exchanged. 

WARRANTY

 All goods carry their respective manufacturer's warranty. Simply return the faulty goods to us and we will repair or supply a new item; or they may be passed on to the manufacturer for inspection & repair/ replacement. In some cases, goods may be able to be returned direct to the manufacturer for a faster turnaround time.
